Richard Mancini incorporated Ric-Man Construction, Inc. in 1965 and for over 40 years, the company has constructed large diameter municipal sewer and water projects throughout the state of Michigan. In 1981, Ric-Man established a similar operation in the state of Florida.

Ric-Man specializes in the construction of open cut and tunneling of soft grounds and hard rock soils.

Soon after the creation of Ric-Man Construction, another branch was launched in 1972 specializing in property development.

Mancini Enterprises/Development develop light and heavy industrial, commercial and residential in Michigan and Florida.
