Richard Mancini incorporated Ric-Man Construction, Inc. in 1965 and for over 40 years, the company has constructed large diameter municipal sewer and water projects throughout the state of Michigan. In the early 1970's, Ric-Man established a similar operation in the state of Florida.

Ric-Man specializes in the construction of open cut and tunneling of soft grounds and hard rock soils.

Soon after the creation of Ric-Man Construction, another branch was launched in 1972 specializing in property development.

Mancini Enterprises/Development develop light and heavy industrial, commercial and residential in Michigan and Florida.
