The Springwells Water Treatment Plant Reservoir Fill Line Improvements project involves the construction of a cast-in-place concrete underground vault. This vault will house energy dissipating valves, isolation valves, and encompass all necessary architectural, structural, process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation improvements. These enhancements are designed to enable the Springwells Water Treatment Plant’s reservoir system to receive potable water at a maximum rate of 90 million gallons per day from the immediate pressure system. The project also includes making connections to infrastructure from the 1930s, ensuring compatibility and efficiency in water supply operations.
